Active Valve Kit Festo

This Active Valve Kit features a solenoid valve by our partner Festo. The valve is a 3/2-way valve that is not media separated. That is why it is best suited for applications with non-corrosive gases.

The Active Valve by Festo has an exceptionally fast switching time of only 6 ms when switching off and 13 ms when switching on. It has an operating pressure from -1 bar to 7 bar. The valve is able to withstand up to 70% humidity and media temperatures between 5 °C and 50 °C. You can find all technical details in the accessories catalogue in the download area of our website.

The full Gas valvebundle includes everything you need to add this valve to your microfluidic system and the mp-Multiboard2:

• two Active Valve 3/2-Way without Media Seperation by Festo
• the cable to connect one or two valves to the mp-Multiboard2
• the mp-valvedriverF to properly control the valves with the Multiboard app
• and a power supply for the mp-Multiboard2 to ensure maximum performance.

The mp-valvedriverF can also be used with the solenoid valves by our partner Bürkert. You can find these valves in the Active Valve Kit Bürkert. Please note that it is not possible to use both solenoid valves at the same time with only one mp-Multiboard2.
