The mp-cv is a passive check valve. The valve prevents the medium from flowing back when the micropump is switched off. This is especially important in systems where there is a certain height difference between the individual parts.

This check valve is a passive valve. This means that it does not require electronics to be fully functional. In addition, the mp-cv very small. Due to this, you can quickly and easily integrate this valve into a system. All you need is tubing with a diameter of 1.3 mm. This is the same hose thickness that is required for all other Bartels components.

The mp-cv check valve is made of stainless steel. It has a typical opening pressure of < 35 mbar. The maximum back pressure may be 500 mbar. At the same time, the mp-cv has a leakage rate of only <20 µl/h for DI water (at 500 mbar).
