mp6-chemical-basic set
If your application involves the pumping of aggressive liquids, we recommend our mp6-chemical set, provided you are familiar with electronics. Then this is the right set for you.
With the electronics mp6-EVA – it gets its current via the USB interface of your PC – you can set the voltage and frequency directly on the board.
This is possible with the different jumpers.
Thus the mp6-EVA board is the optimal choice for first tests.
You can connect the mp6-EVA directly to the pump via the built-in Molex connector.
Hose (mp-t) and hose connector (mp-hc) are sufficiently included in the set.
The set contains the standard pump mp6-liq, as this pump made of the PPSU material is already well applicable with many chemicals.
In addition, the pump variants mp6-PI – made of the PPSU material – are available with a valve foil made of the polyethylene material (PI).
We recommend this micropump especially for pumping certain liquids such as alcohol mixtures.
A further special variant, which has established itself in the pumping of aggressive fragrances, is the mp6-PP, made of the material polypropylene (PP).
Our micropumps are used in a wide variety of applications – the liquids to be pumped are just as diverse.
With this set you can easily find out which of our micropumps is the right one for your application with aggressive media.
